This class of was one of the first double-stack wagons built for NRC. The set is marshalled as a permanently-coupled 5 wagon set. They can take a 48ft container inside the well
Builder: 12 sets were built by COMENG at Islington Workshops in 1995 and numbered 7008-7066. Wagons 7008-7034, 7044, 7049 and 7059 have been modified to RRZY.

Colour Scheme:
- As introduced, painted in NRC Blue/grey with Marigold stripe along the edge of the sides.
- Some sets have received PN blue and yellow.
Modifications: Due to body cracking, a strengthening beam was fitted along the top edge of the sides from 2004. Later, the lower corners were plate strengthened.

Period of Service: 1994 - current
Operation: These wagons are used on PN Intermodal services Australia-wide on the standard gauge network.
Modelling:
BGM produced a HO scale kit of the wagon in original condition in 2003. They re-released the kit in the upgraded version in 2009.
